heaven decided

it's funny, i misheard some lyrics from the Only This Moment song, and
turns out they didn't say 'heaven decided', it was actually
'haven't decided'!!!

but i think 'heaven decided' is a nice way of saying
fate or
destiny.

i had some pretty awful nightmares last night cuz
i watched a really scary, haunting x-files episoded that day.
well, most of it. i watched the rest of it today...hopefully no more
nightmares tonight!! the kind that u actually move or make noise so that
my sister had 2 wake me!! wow....

so fast, almost summer! the tvb calendar i have seems like summer already, though the weather still seems like spring. but roger, steven and melissa all in shorts w/their dogs in the bright sun already! haha....

been listening to some old, catchy leon songs lately. and singing along with some old hacken favs like tall girl....
never get tired of hearing hacken's nice voice!! wish my voice sounded half as nice!!!! =_=

well, right now, the part i just watched to,
when sharon starts to have a crush on raymond, they're not dating yet.

but i'm really looking forward to seeing them as a couple, both of them
are so cute!! =P though she's a little taller than him. that's why i just added hacken's Tall Girl song here. though in the series, they used gigi's Story of a Tall Girl, but i like hacken's better!!!

nick and miriam make such a great couple, and i love their characters!! both so friendly, smart ppl!!! and both of them (whether in this series or in real life) have such fun personalities and have
PERFECT SMILES,
so them being together just makes
u SMILE, too!!!

such a cute couple!! and it's nice to see what happens when
a couple actually get married and cope with after-marriage
problems!!

but no matter what, u know they're
DESTINED
to be together!!!!! :)

so funny how right after miriam wishes her prince would come, then nick is right behind her and teases her about her wish!!!! lol!

this is always 1 of my fav tvb series!! cuz miriam's close relationship with her dad is so sweet, too! they seem very natural together, too, like a real father and daughter! :)

it's from joe cheng chung kei's old CD from 2002, called
I'm Joe.

i only bought this CD and knew joe was a singer after hearing him sing some songs in the tvb series Slim Chances,
in which i was hoping
he and annie could be a couple,
but of course he lost out to the handsome
kevin cheng
(whose funny/arrogant character i really liked...he should play more FUNNY roles like in here!).

joe is a really good singer! [also a GREAT actor!! dramatic (Burning Flame) or funny guy (A Trust of a Lifetime, Slim Chances), he can play all kinds of roles very well. :) ]
and i loved how in this cd, he wrote his own song lyrics and i'm not sure,
but maybe he knows how 2 play the piano too. (in Slim Chances he did)

and i really liked how this cd had a lot of different styles of music...rock, rap, etc. it really is a very moody, interesting CD!!

probably hard to buy this cd now, so i have uploaded 2 of my fav tracks from the CD which are great and meaningful as well as very catchy and good 2 listen to!!! hope u will like them and appreciate some good music from the
talented MR. JOE CHENG!!

i wish joe had been able to continue releasing CDs, but the last time i saw him was in a 2003 tvb series The King of Yesterday & Tomorrow, and after that, i think i read somewhere that he moved back to Canada with his children (a boy and a girl?) and is working as a DJ at a radio station....

i've looked to see if he has a fansite, website or tvb email, but can't find any.

in his cd lyrics/credits page, he writes:
"It is my little wish that this little project will bring love, hope, peace, and faith to whoever that needs them. And it is through God that everything made possible."

i haven't listened to this cd in a long time, until a few days ago, i was looking for something to listen to and found it and remembered how great the songs were. and the 120km and i am joe songs are especially
touching and meaningful 2 me
cuz i had asked longfumoon 2 translate it for me a long time ago,
and i recently found the translated lyrics again and i really
love the
messages
of these songs.
